LOCTITE® 403 is an instant adhesive made from ethyl alkoxy, odorless, non-blooming. Suitable for easily absorbed and porous surfaces. Especially suitable for applications where vapor control is difficult. This product has good adhesion to various types of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers.
